Ok, let’s imagine, its Sunday night, you’re stuck at home, and your sweet tooth is hitting! I have rounded up a few recipes that use items you might already have in your pantry to bake up some goodness for dessert. Or snacking, or just because you want it!
Thes Peanut Butter Cookies are my favorite way to make them. The end up with a crisp outer crunch and a gooey interior. Plus, I go against the grain and use crunchy peanut butter, which for some reason all recipes say not to use for some reason.
But it is my favorite and that what I use, grab this recipe for my ultimate comfort food!
If you have some Irish Butter in the fridge, you just need a little flour and sugar to add to it and you can have these beautifully crisp cookies in a jif! They come together quickly and are simply the best butter cookie around!
This might be the quickest and easiest cookie I have ever made, and it makes me super happy to eat it!
Now back to my favorite, PEANUT BUTTER! These blondies are just about EVERYTHING you need in life, and are sure to lift spirits. Brown butter, peanut butter cups, and a little sea salt…how to that be bad?!
If you have a little extra time on your hands and you want to try something that takes a little extra time, take up the task of making some Puff Pastry. It takes a little time and patience, but in the end, it is simpler than you think and oh so satisfying when you bit into that crispy crust.
If you want even more baking goodness, take a look at my DESSERTS tab on the website for all the sweetness I have shared with you! Take some time to slow down and enjoy some baking alone or with a loved one.
Enjoy and Much Love,
