Buffalo  Chicken Chili

Cook the onion, celery & garlic till soft in some oil.

Add the ground chicken and cook till no longer pink.

Cook the hot sauce into the chicken till the pan is almost dry.

Then add the tomatoes, stock, & beans with the ranch seasoning.

Cook till the beans plump and finish with the cream cheese.

Serve topped with cheddar & blue cheeses and enjoy!
