Fluffernutter Cookies

Cream the butters and sugars together.

Beat in the dry ingredients, egg, and milk. Then mix in the peanuts and pb chips!

Portion out the cookies and press them to flatten slightly.

Fill the cookies with some marshmallow fluff.

Then roll up the cookies around the fluff.

Flatten the cookies once again and they are ready to bake!

When they come out of the oven, finish with flaky sea salt and enjoy!
