Chicken Shawarma

What you  need:

Coriander

Fresh  Lemon Juice

Olive Oil

Cumin

Cinnamon

Turmeric

Garlic Powder

Chicken Thighs

Pepper

Salt

Marinate for as long as possible for depth of flavors!

Lay the chicken out on a foil lined sheet pan and broil till browned.

When browned, slice and it is ready to eat!

Serve with your favorite toppings. You can then make Shawarma bowls, wraps, gyros, or salads.

I like to make bowls, but feel free to make it your own!
