Copycat Chipotle Pollo Asado

What is Pollo Asado or Asada?

“Pollo” translated from Spanish to English means “chicken”, and Asado (or Asada) means “roasted” or “barbecued”.

What you need:

To make it, create a marinade and let the chicken rest in it for a day or 2.

Remove the chicken and grill or broil it till slightly blackened.

Then it is ready to use, I love to make Burrito Bowls with it!
