Italian Beef Sandwiches

What you need:

Sear the beef and add the peppers, onions, seasonings, and stock.

Simmer on the stove  for 3-4 hours until completely tender.

Shred the beef with  two forks and then...

Return the beef to the juices until ready to make sandwiches.

To make a sandwich toast some ciabatta rolls until crisp.

Then top with beef  and soak the top of the bun in the juices.

Add cheese and  spicy giardiniera  if desired and...

Top it up and serve  with chips or fries, I like chips for crunch!
