Al Pastor Taco Recipe

What you need:

Make a marinade and let rest 24 hours.

Remove and place on a pan with pineapple

Roast under the broiler till brown

Mix some of the pineapple with onion & cilantro

Slice the meat and...

Place in a tortilla with pineapple mixture.
