Beat together the butter and sugars, then blend in the pumpkin puree to create a creamy cookie base
Gently fold chocolate chunks, oatmeal, and candied pecans into the cookie base.
For a little extra pumpkin spice, and more straight up PUMPKIN, dot in some pumpkin butter, but don't mix it all the way in!
