Blue Cheese Cornbread Muffins

First whisk together the wet ingrediends.

Then add the sugar and raising agents and whisk them in.

Fold in the dry ingredients along with the flavor additions.

Place the batter in a buttered muffin tin, or a cake pan.

Bake until golden and set in the middle.

Break them open as soon as you can handle them and smother with butter.

Spice up basic Cornbread with blue cheese and chives!
