Most Amazing Egg in a Hole

First cut the centers out of the bread and butter them.

Toast the bread in a hot skillet till golden brown.

Crack an egg into the hole in each slice of bread.

Then cook to your desired doneness for the egg, you can flip if you like.

Top with lots of grated gruyere cheese and enjoy this amazing breakfast!
