I'm loving a good pumpkin drink right about now. This Pumpkin Spice White Russian makes for the perfect Saturday "at home" brunch cocktail! Whip up a batch of my Harvest Pumpkin Crunch Pancakes and brunch so hard this weekend!
What is a White Russian?
The technical answer is: A White Russian is a cocktail made with vodka, coffee liqueur and cream served with ice in an Old Fashioned glass. Often milk or half and half will be used as an alternative to cream.
In this case, I use my recipe for Pumpkin Milk and use it in place of the cream. It gives a little extra flavor and spice a White Russian and turns it in to a Pumpkin Spice White Russian 🙂
Making a White Russian is easy. First, place the ice in the glass with the vodka and Kahlua.
Then top with the Pumpkin Milk and give it a good stir. You want to mix everything together and give it a good chill.
Top with a dusting of pumpkin pie spice and your ready to enjoy. It is one of the simplest drinks to make, a little boozy, and always delicious!
