I love this Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli because all you have to do is throw everything in the pot, set it to cook, and forget about it till dinner time!

Ingredients
This list may look a bit on the long side, but it is mostly to make the sauce that flavors the beef. Don't skimp on it. Save on the beef, buy any stew or roasting beef because it cooks till tender, and you won't know the difference between a nice cut and stew beef in the end.

Method
What makes this Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli so great is that you toss it in a slow cooker or crock pot and add the sauce. Walk away and add the broccoli just before serving, and dinner is ready to go!

This looks delicious! Do you think I could cook on low while I’m away for 8ish hours rather than high with keep warm?
Kendell says
